Kylie is a real estate salesperson and also a mum to two young boys, who works within the Sharnelle James team. She has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry in both buying and selling. Kylie also has extensive advertising experience, having worked in the Real Estate media industry for six years prior to returning to Elders Shailer Park in 2017. Kylie believes this key knowledge is a true asset to sellers and works closely with Sharnelle utilising their databases and years of experience to develop sales and prospective buyers.

How it happened
Sharnelle became a Real Estate Agent in 2002 and Kylie followed closely in 2004. Together they created their future team together to become an award-winning 'Sharnelle James Properties' a Mother-daughter team.
Their story: Sharnelle became a fully licensed real estate agent 20 years ago after being heavily involved in a family building company Sharnelle Homes, which very respected local builder and specialising in building individually designed homes. Sharnelle was sourced by another great Real Estate agency to start her career as she had the passion and knowledge of the local area and surrounding suburbs. They believed in her. After Sharnelle started,18 months later Kylie started fresh out of high school to become a Personal Assistant to Sharnelle. Kylie then studied and became a Real Estate salesperson and focused on being the buyer manager of the team. Today, both Sharnelle and Kylie share equal roles in looking after all of their sellers and all of their buyers... They believe it's the power of two that has helped in so many successful sales over the years.
